Location

We are located 3.5km from the centre of Rotorua and are situated next to Rotorua’s magnificent Redwood Forest. Refer to our interactive map below and find useful information ahead of your travel.

By Car: Coming from the direction of Auckland and Hamilton, carry straight ahead onto Te Ngae Road (SH30) at the Fenton Street traffic lights. This is the road to Whakatane and you will see on your right hand side the big yellow Pak ‘n’ Save Supermarket. Continue for 2.5km and turn right onto Tarawera Road at the first roundabout. Awatea Terrace is the first road on the right. We are the second house on the right (No. 3) and have a yellow Bed & Breakfast sign on the letter box. Drive in off the road and park up in the angled parking beside the house.

By Plane: If you contact us before hand we offer a free courtesy pick up service from Rotorua International Airport. Otherwise you could hire a rental car from one of the car rentals who have counters at the airport. Turn right out of the airport parking lot and drive for about 4.5km. Turn left at the first roundabout onto Tarawera Road. Awatea Terrace is the first road on the right (as above).

By Coach: If you contact us before hand we offer a free courtesy pick up service from the Rotorua coach terminal drop-off point (in front of the Rotorua Tourist Information i-site on Fenton Street).
