Each suite is beautifully appointed with TV, luxurious furnishings and comfortable, tailor made queen sized bed with crisply ironed bed linen, white cotton pillows and electric blanket. Excellent shower heads with dual spray and high water pressure. Bedroom and bathroom amenities include writing desk, large mirror, luggage rack, safe, iron and ironing board, ceiling fan, heater and recycle bin. Each room has its own private deck and outdoor furniture.

The price is from NZ$149.00 per room per night inclusive of continental and full English breakfast and GST. Our generous breakfast includes orange juice, seasonal fresh fruits, yoghurt and cereals, bacon and eggs with trimmings and spreads, freshly baked bread or toast or pastry. We can also cater for special dietary requirements. Breakfast is personalised and served at a time that suits each of our guests. Tea/coffee, biscuits and fresh fruits are available throughout the day.

We are located 3.5km from the centre of Rotorua and are situated next to Rotorua’s magnificent Redwood Forest. Refer our interactive map below and get useful information ahead of your travel on this page.
By Car: Coming from the direction of Auckland carry straight ahead onto Te Ngae Road (SH30) at the Fenton Street traffic lights. This is the road to Whakatane and you will see on your right hand side the big yellow Pak ‘n’ Save Supermarket. Continue for 2.5km and turn right onto Tarawera Road at the first roundabout. Awatea Terrace is the first road on the right. We are the second house on the right (No. 3) and have a yellow Bed & Breakfast sign on the letter box. Drive in off the road and park up in the angled parking beside the house.
By Plane: If you contact us before hand we offer a free courtesy pick up service from Rotorua airport. Otherwise you could hire a rental car from Hertz, who have a counter at Rotorua airport. Turn right out of the airport and drive for about 4.5km. Turn left at the first roundabout onto Tarawera Road. Awatea Terrace is the first road on the right (as above).
By Coach: If you contact us before hand we offer a free courtesy pick up service from the Rotorua coach drop off point (beside Tourist Information in Fenton Street).
